Reviews and Ratings <br />
During my stay, I found the hotel to be a real gem with a lovely pool area and a relaxing atmosphere. The staff were incredibly welcoming, and the food was fantastic, especially the Indian dishes. However, the beach wasn’t the cleanest compared to other spots I visited in Thailand, and I faced some issues with power that impacted my experience. Overall, it's worth a visit, but maybe not for those who prioritize pristine beaches.
I had a comfortable three-night family stay at this hotel, with friendly staff and a nice breakfast spread. However, my experience with the dining options, especially at lunch, fell short of expectations. The hotel is situated in a lovely location near the beach, offering some great amenities, but I faced issues with communication and overall service which detracted from the experience.
Our stay at the resort was overall quite enjoyable. The family-friendly atmosphere was nice, and the staff were genuinely welcoming. I particularly loved dining on the beach, and the breakfast had a great variety. However, the beach cleanliness was disappointing, and we faced a major issue with power in our room on Christmas Eve, which significantly dampened our experience.
I found the hotel to have a beautiful beach location, but my stay was marred by poor service and issues with amenities. The rooms were clean yet felt dated and could use an upgrade. The dining options were lackluster, and despite the potential, I wouldn't say the hotel offers good value for the price. I had hoped for a more enjoyable experience at this resort.
I had quite a mixed experience at this resort. On the positive side, the beach was stunning with white sands and clear waters. However, communication with the staff was frustrating, and I didn't feel valued as a guest. The dining options also left much to be desired, which made it hard to justify the prices compared to other places I've stayed.
